A Smudging that we discovered for a powerful healing and cleansing for

ourselves is a combination of small amounts of White Sage, Sweet Grass,

100% Pure Indian Tobacco, (or Kinnikinnick), Indian Blue Corn, and

White Cedar.  We mixed a small amount of each together and put the

mixture in a smudge bowl.  After extinguishing the flames, with a

smudge fan, we smudged ourselves, the entire home and entrances. 

This type of smudging cleared and removed all negativity, aches,

pains and stiffness from our bodies, our  home and our pets.  The

smudging filled the negativity with good, pure energies that worked

for everyone's highest good.  It felt so good to be pain free that we

wanted to share this combinational smudge with our customers. 

Remember, a little amount goes a long way.
 
We also discovered that smudging and bathing with Rosemary

(Rosmarinus Officinalis) helps not only as a healing, but also with

nausea, vomiting, abdominal pains, stomach pains, colds, headaches,

and fevers.  It also helped us with more clarity.  It works also as a

soak with Dead Sea Salts in your  bath water.   We do not claim to be

doctors!  We are only sharing what we have learned.
