The material of the ancient ivory fossil is extremely beautiful,
unique in
its own way, and is becoming increasingly scarce.
This ancient ivory fossil comes from animals such as the Walrus, Mammoth, and Mastodon which have been dead for hundreds and in several cases, thousands of years. Some animals, such as the Mastodon and the Mammoth became extinct 8,000-10,000 years ago. Minerals that were deposited into the soil attribute to the wide variety of coloration and textures found in the fossil ivory. NO Materials from Endangered Species are used in these Pendants. These gorgeous fossil ivory carvings, have endured a tremendous journey over distance and time. Each pendant has its own story to tell. This mineral is collected in Alaska and Siberia. At the present time, we are offering these Pendants to you. We felt we would offer them in this manner before we add them with our other creations.
